When we first arrived I was a little concerned about the noise as the bar downstairs was very busy. It was the hottest weekend of the year so far and the bar was very busy. My thoughts were quickly squashed even with the window open we easily fell asleep with no problems at all. Upon arrival we were shown to the room by a very helpful and polite member of staff. The presentation was amazing, quality decor and very comfortable. We would definitely visit again and would highly recommend if your due to visit Southport. Overall we had a lovely stay and highly recommend.

The rooms are ideally located to use the facilities in Birkdale Village, free car parking can be arranged and conveniently located for the train station. The staff are always really friendly and really want to help, nothing is too much trouble. There was a reed defuser in the room that makes the rooms smell beautiful, I bought 3 of these defusers from Sally B’s shop which is next door to the rooms - they had a fantastic range of products and the staff were great too.

Second time we have stayed in the same room and we couldn't fault it. Lovely decor, comfortable bed, tea & coffee-making facilities (really lovely cups and saucers!) and everything spotlessly clean. Staff are lovely and so very helpful. We had a minor issue which Dicky sorted out in 2 minutes - fabulous. Breakfasts in the Bar N'ista are superb and we were lucky to have had a lovely sunny day and so enjoyed sitting outside watching the world go by. We'll be back.

Stayed over night for a festival, travelled by train the hotel is 1 minute walk from there 5 minutes taxi in to Southport, very clean ,lovely staff , great boutique room comfortable, also has a bar/bistro down stairs all round excellent and would definitely stay again 😊
